Pregnancy is the time to become more mindful. Becoming more aware of the moment, connecting to the here and now, is important for comfort in pregnancy as well as a greater awareness of the body during birthing.

Yogamamas Prenatal Yoga is designed to use the postures to heighten your awareness of the changes in your body, and bring on a more comfortable experience of pregnancy. By shifting the focus on to the relationship between mother and baby during pregnancy, this program helps mom to prepare for her birthing in the most comfortable manner possible.

Yogamamas Postnatal Yoga is safely designed to use postures to heighten your awareness of the changes in your body, and gently reintroduce comfort into your routine as it continues to evolve.

Yogamamas Mommy & Me Yoga provides new moms the opportunity to regain strength, initiate confidence and alleviate neck, shoulder, and back pain through gentle modified yoga postures. Unlike other methods of yoga, doing postnatal yoga with your baby is a unique and special experience. This program was designed to foster a mindful connection between you and your baby. In this class, you will help your baby perform simple stretches to engage and stimulate their minds.

Yogamamas Yin Yoga is a slower-paced practice with longer holds of supported poses. Sleeping Swan as one of the deeper poses of a Yin practice.  Classes are taught on a mat, either seated or reclined, and using props to support us.

 

The goal of this practice is to restore the flexibility of our connective tissue and strengthen our breath.

Yogamamas Yoga for Healing is a powerful tool for healing and centering both the body and soul. During these classes, the focus is on reconnecting and strengthening specific areas of concern in the body through longer holds of supported poses.
