What is Yogamama Yin Yoga?

 

Yogamamas Yin Yoga is a slower-paced practice with longer holds of supported poses. Sleeping Swan is one of the deeper poses of a Yin practice.  Classes are taught on a mat, either seated or reclined, and using props to support us.

 

The goal of this practice is to restore the flexibility of our connective tissue and strengthen our breath.

  • Blocks
  • Chair
